"Realize that you’re a team so arguments aren’t about right or wrong, winning or losing, but the bigger picture that you should be working together, not against each other. You naturally will have perpetual problems that reoccur in the relationship and may not be solvable, so it’s about managing these issues and not letting them tear you apart. Keep in mind you love this person more than anyone else in the world, so when you’re caught up in the negative emotions take a step back and realize you’re on the same team."
